Choose a plot with a purpose
Before buying land, identify the role you want it to play in the scenario. The official description says you can buy land, demolish buildings, flatten ground and build in 3D. Compare the plot with your current objectives and surroundings before committing.
Shape the site deliberately
Construction is presented as a hands-on 3D system. Keep your first changes simple, then inspect the result in the city view. Make one major change at a time so you can connect resident feedback to the decision that caused it.
Expand when the city supports it
More land is not automatically better. The game includes city response systems such as resident thoughts and protests. Use those reactions and the scenario goals as feedback; exact capacity and profitability thresholds are not published in the sources checked for this guide.
Keep notes between sessions
Because this is an evolving Early Access game, note which version you played and what you observed. That makes your own experiments easier to compare after updates.
